We offer end-to-end support to help institutions strategically manage their sponsor licences and meet the evolving demands of UKVI compliance. This includes strategic planning to meet BCA (Basic Compliance Assessment) thresholds, factoring in future policy changes around stricter BCA metrics. Our diagnostic reviews identify risk areas across visa refusals, enrolment, and completion metrics, enabling tailored action plans to drive improvement. We help institutions design and embed localised systems to mitigate risks linked to visa refusals and low enrolment rates and ensure that all immigration exceptions are effectively identified and utilised.

Our consultancy also supports operational enhancement - from refining pre-CAS procedures and delivering credibility to post CAS issuance live monitoring of BCA thresholds. We check and advice on HEI's current policies and processes to align with UKVI guidance, map end-to-end workflows for CAS and CoS issuance, and produce custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key teams including Admissions, Registry, HR, Recruitment and Visa Compliance.
